| | Every October college students from campuses in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia and
Kentucky gather at the Encounter Fall Conference to fellowship and learn together through large group worship, challenging speakers, and practical workshops.
The conference starts on Friday night and goes through Sunday around noon.
Higher Ground Conference Center in West Harrison, IN has been the location of Encounter since 2005. Every aspect of the conference center is first class, including the lodging, dining facilities, meeting area and the sports fields. Higher Ground hosts the University of Cincinnati Bearcats football training camp every August.
